This spectacular tour will take us via Malmesbury the bread basket of the Swartland to Bokomo. Visit the Wheat Museum and the Swartland Wine Cellars. Travel on to Riebeeck West where we will visit the home and birth place of General Jan Smuts who lived from 1870 – 1950. Continue on to Tulbach where the earth split open in a dramatic earthquake in 1969. Visit the restored historical buildings on Church Street. Lunch at Paddagang (Frog’s passage). Enjoy traditional Cape Cuisine and taste the full bodied Boutique Wines.

Continue to Twee Jonggezellen (young conversations), and visit ‘De Oude Drosdy Museum. Return to Cape Town via Wellington for the end of the one day tour).
