1: Spectacular four day (4 nights) stay in Cape Town - The
tavern by the sea. |
| Day 1 |
Arrival
in Cape Town - Afternoon orientation - Historical tour
through Cape Town. Travel up Table Mountain for one of
the most spectacular views in the world. Drive up Signal
Hill for a birds eye view of 'Mother City' Cape Town.
Toast with a glass of campaign. Overnight at a beautiful
hotel in Cape Town at the V&A Waterfront.

| Day 2 |
Leave
the hotel for a full day tour of the Cape of Good Hope
- Cape Point, all along the Cape Peninsula / Atlantic
coastline. Visit the Boulders penguin colony en-route.
A boat ride in Hout Bay will take you to the Cape fur
seals (optional). Then a visit to the ostrich farm
at the Cape of Good Hope - Champan's Peak. See the biggest
semi precious stone factory in the world. Lunch at
the Two Oceans Black Marlin restaurant. Visit the famous
Constantia Wine Estate - time permitting, before returning
to the hotel via Rhodes drive.

| Day 3 |
Full
day visit to the Winelands of the Cape - visit
the prominent wine regions of South Africa - Paarl
- Stellenbosch - Franschhoek - visit some of
the most profiled wine estates in the region. Taste the
export wines and brandies of South Africa. Wander through
Stellenbosch, the most historical town of South Africa,
and feel the history of bygone eras with its Cape Dutch
/ Victorian architecture. Stellenbosch has an environment
that buzzes with history, character and indescribable
beauty. Return to the hotel for the night.

| Day 4 |
This
is a day of leisure. Shop at the Waterfront, visit the
Oceanarium or perhaps board the Makana ferry
(the official Robben Island ferry) and visit Robben
Island. Nelson Mandela spent 18 years on this prison
island. Visit an African township, or Kirstenbosch Botanical
Garden for a truly unique experience. (Optional). Or,
we can take a day tour to Hermanus, the whale mecca
of the world for the best land-based viewing of the
Southern Right whales. (Seasonal: July to December).
Overnight in a hotel in Cape Town.
This concludes the first
portion of this remarkable package. We will provide
a shuttle to the airport to begin the second part of
tour. (See below).
(Note: The price
for this portion of the tour does not include dinners,
as there are so many exotic, world-class venues, in
the city that it would be a shame not to afford our
clients the opportunity to explore the many varieties
of South African cuisine while in Cape Town.)

Brief Description:
This is an excellent
tour for the adventure 'game trail' and safari lover.
Plenty of wildlife and African experiences. This tour

Detailed Tour
Description
Depart from Cape Town with Nationwide / Kulula.com
airlines to KMIA ( Kruger-Mpumalanga International Airport
), Nelspruit - Transfer to Hoedspruit, to a private
game park lodge. Check in and freshen up before leaving
for the first experience of the bush and its diversity
of wild animals, in an open safari vehicle.
Return after dark for a traditional dinner (included)
and overnight rest , if you
are not to hyperactive.

| Day 2 |
You are awakened to tee
/ coffee and snacks before heading out for a "Bush
walk" , to corner the elusive big five. . Return for
a sumptuous breakfast. Continue to the World renown Wild
-Game - Sanctuary, the Kruger National Park, with all
its 20 000 square kilometers of diversity of African wild
life, filled with excitement and surprises. Check in at
your climatised Rondavel before going on a night drive
through the park in open landrovers - truly unforgettable.

| Day 3 |
Early
morning game drive, to check out one of the big five you
might have missed. Breakfast en route to our next camp
along the shores of the Sabie river, relax for a while
or participate in a"bush walk" - (optional) and
take an afternoon - or night drive (optional) through
this wonderful wildlife sanctuary.

| Day 4 |
Early
morning drive through the game park with breakfast en
route. We are now leaving this magnificent park for Hazyview,
via the Blyde river Canyon, Bourks Luck Potholes, "Gods
Window". Overnight in Hippo Hollow, or Sanbonani,
or similar, at Hazyview, just outside the Kruger National
Park .

| Day 5 |
After
breakfast we continue to Sabie - a living museum. Visiting
Pilgrims Rest (old gold diggers town). Indulge yourself
in panning for your fortune of this precious metal "Gold".
After lunch, transfer to KMIA airport for your flight
back to Johannesburg in time for their onward flight.
An overnight stay at one of the airport hotels is an optional
extra.
