Leave Cape Town and head toward Blouberg
Strand, walk on the beach with the most magnificent view in the world - of Table Mountain. Continue via Small and
Big Bay (Famous for its surfing), almost touching Robben Island to Melkbos Strand. Visit the only nuclear power
station in South Africa. Continue through sand dunes to the picturesque Yzerfontein, walk on the beach covered
with seashells. Sit on the rocks with the surf splashing at your feet and view Gull Island just off the shore.
Continue through the West Coast National Park, past Langebaan Lagoon, the most picturesque in the country. Stop
for a lunch at Langebaan Lagoon. Leave the shores of the Atlantic, continue inland to Darling. During the spring, wild flowers are a spectacular added attraction - free of charge. Visit the Mamreweg Wine Cellars for wine tasting. Travel through the picturesque vineyards. Return to Cape Town via Mamre and the Moravian Mission Station, feel the 17th Century surroundings before moving on to the Ostrich Farm for a guided tour.
